Quality Assurance

Being a quality-centric company, we have uncompromising nature with it and thus pays due attention towards the best quality of products. The quality control is performed during several steps throughout the process under the keen vigilant of Quality Experts. The first step in QC includes the actual classification of the crude clay before the mining. When the stripping of clay begins, each crude grade is transported to the plant with dump trucks and placed in covered storage sheds. After this process, a sample is picked from each truck as it is unloaded in the stockpile. These samples are used to form a composite, which receives the same testing as the core samples.

After the testing process, these clays are stored in sheds and become ready to use in the production process. These finished products have been developed in compliance with standard specifications, which are based on established parameters in our plant as well as given by the clients. For manufacturing specific finished grade of China Clay, we blend the Crude Clays proportionately to achieve the specification required by our esteemed clients. During the production process, we take sample in every 30-60 minutes from the exit end of the dryer or roller mill. The necessary testing are done on this sample and the process is adjusted, if required to maintain uniformity in the manufactured product. SPC run charts are used to guide these adjustments. Owing to our quality products, we have received several accolades from customers all over the world. Furthermore, we have been awarded with quality test certificates by Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute (Naroda Center).
